Crackers, crudite, chips or basically anything tastes better when dunked into this incredible Garlic Dip. It's made with a secret ingredient that really makes the whole thing sing. (Pssst: It's cottage cheese!) Here’s the how-to, courtesy of our friends at Good Culture.
Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic (unpeeled)
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 1 1/4 cup good culture™ whole milk classic
- 2 Tablespoons minced chives
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375°
2. Place the cloves in the center of a square of foil.
3. Drizzle the oil and add a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
4. Wrap the cloves in the foil, and then place the foil package onto a baking sheet.
5. Roast until the garlic is completely soft, about 35 to 40 minutes.
6. Cool completely and then peel.
7. Put Good Culture, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and the roasted garlic in a food processor.
8. Add the chives and pulse a few times to combine.
9. Serve immediately, or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
